For the first time in the history of Jecams Inc, the company carried out its First General Assembly that was held last September 9, 2017 at the Function Room of Neopolitan Brittany Clubhouse in Fairview, Quezon City. In line with the theme of being committed to customer satisfaction, the program emphasized the on-going reforms of HRD to serve the employees better. Inclusive on these reforms are connected in overtime policies, loitering and changes in work-related schedules. Moreover, HRD announced the absorption of project-based employees to probationary and regular positions in the company. This moment was greatly appreciated and was given with a big round of applause from the audience. It was also highlighted that the company will already offer accident insurance benefits to all of its employees which can be availed 24/7. Top-performing employees were also recognized during this event and each of them received certificates of appreciation and gift items from the company. Free meals were served for all employees after the culmination of the program.
